“This painting, along with the whole series of small “warm-up” paintings, has been my creative outlet during this time of quarantine. This ginger jar vase and bouquet were captured on film and painted from reference in my studio. It is my hope that these little paintings serve as a reminder of the beauty that can always be found in the world, even in days clouded by uncertainty.”
